It is suitable for a variety of floor coverings. Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment Proflow exceeds commercial vinyl floor covering requirements as a high-performing underlayment with compressive strengths exceeding 6000 psi. Quick set times and high production rates allow for traffic within hours of installation. Exceptional surface hardness of Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment Proflow resists indention.

Product Description:
Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment Proflow is a poured gypsum underlayment product that is blended with sand at the factory and mixed with water at the jobsite to yield a lightweight, truly self-leveling slurry. A 1/2-inch thick gypsum underlayment weighs approximately 5.4 pounds per square foot and has a density of only 130 pounds per cubic foot.

System Benefits:
Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment Proflow provide an economical way to achieve lightweight, self-leveling floors in commercial and institutional construction. Application over concrete floors eliminates costly preparation methods. Typical applications are less labor intensive than many other types of construction. Higher compressive strengths minimize floor damage from trades and allow underlayment to be uncovered during construction. High compressive strengths at low thickness provides the answer to flooring problems. Blended with sand at the factory reduces job variables, resulting in high quality installations.
